Egg Bites
I love eggs for breakfast… fried, scrambled, on toast, with hash browns (you get the idea.) I especially love to be able to have a breakfast that I can make ahead and eat on the go. These egg bites are a customizable, make ahead recipe that can be stored in your fridge and heated up in your microwave.
